Programs

We have a number of different programs that we can deliver to help you and your organization reach a higher level of performance. We combine our experience and knowledge in faciliating, coaching and consulting to create an environment to achieve maximum results. We work with six different core programs to give you multiple options in finding a solution that works for you best.

Team Diagnostic Assessment

Would you like to have your team working more productively? Would you like a metric to determine your team’s strengths and challenges in order to grow its effectiveness?

The Team Diagnostic Assessment measures the teams’ effectiveness in terms of productivity and positivity. It is currently the only instrument in organizational coaching that assesses the performance dynamics of the team rather than as a collection of individuals.

The assessment delivers a comprehensive team profile that highlights strengths and opportunities. Team members go online to access the instrument. The responses are compiled to represent the team as a whole. The result is an anonymous and candid report about the team. The result is a profile that graphically displays a footprint of the team and clearly identifies areas to leverage team skills to build positivity and thereby increase productivity.

It provides measurable benchmark information about the system based on responses from individual team members to a set of standardized questions. This provides information regarding the team’s current state as well as next steps for team development. The assessment also allows for customization to address specific team requirements. Because the team assesses itself, there is strong buy-in.

The assessment clearly defines the necessary strengths for sustainable, high-performing teams. Teams exist to produce results. Research shows that the most successful teams have the means in place to take action and they build effective relationships to motivate and sustain that action.

Character Typing with the Enneagram

There are many different ways to use character typing to understand your own tendencies, patterns and energy that run your life. Some of these systems are more static in nature, meaning that they describe a point or core behavior pattern but not the related secondary tendencies. On the other end of the spectrum there are more dynamic typing systems, which allow your type to move or change, based on the situation or environment that you are interacting with. Life is never static it is always moving so it is helpful to have a system that accommodates this flow.

The Enneagram is a system that encompasses archetypes, numbers and energy. Archetypes are universal patterns of consciousness that we all recognize. An example of this would be the ‘computer geek.’ We all get an idea of what that is and who we know is a ‘computer geek.’ These archetypes are what we unconsciously pick up about people when we meet them. Looking at numbers, Plato, a fourth-century B.C.E. Greek philosopher accepted that certain keys for solving nature’s mysteries are held in numbers. Numbers give you the ability to measure form and energy. Lastly, energy is important, as Quantum science tells us that our being reflects the state of our energy, since energy is the core to our physical bodies.

Code of Alignment

Team codes help create the atmosphere and shared responsibility that team members can count on each other for. These guidelines not only define how you interact on the team but also what individuals are willing to stand for and be accountable for to achieve and maintain peak performance. They are the foundational platform from which all work is anchored to.

It is important in the creation of a high performance team that members begin to know and understand each other. A central piece to this is the co-creation of a simple container, or guidelines, that govern the internal behavior of a team. The team needs to be able to openly discuss what it is that they want for their relationship, how it is they want it to feel and what they want more of.

These guidelines are best created in an open space that reminds everyone how to operate when the heat is really on. In moments of high stress, theses guidelines help establish high road behavior, rather than the stressful emotions of team members which often lead to less effective action. The problem is that without guidelines that are mutually agreed upon up front, team members act on instinct, particularly when emotions are running high. In the absence of guidelines, team members tend to make up their own guidelines, ultimately working under assumptions that may leave them working at cross-purposes.

Quantum Communication & Sales

How well does your team or organization communicate internally and externally? How well do you understand the needs of your customers? In this program we bring you the best practices of communication through the study of awareness, authenticity and empathy in order to best understand others.

Energy & Consciousness

What is energy and where does it come from? How does it relate to achieving peak performance in our lives? We are all familiar with labeling people, places, and things as having either ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ energy; but what exactly do we mean by ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ and how do we know which charge applies? What criteria are we using? What is consciousness? These are questions that we may find difficult to answer until we have a deeper understanding of energy.

Our exploration and understanding of energy begins with science. More specifically, we must understand the main two types of scientific perspective that we currently work with in our Western culture. The area of science that we are most familiar with is Newtonian science and the new, expanding science today is called Quantum mechanics.

We utilize the work of Quantum mechanics with the study of consciousness by Dr. David Hawkins. Blending these two modalities will help you discover how to achieve higher levels of energy, creativity and success.

Stress Dynamics

Learning the dynamics of how stress works for us in a positive way can help us reach peak performance. A central concept that we teach around stess is perturbation. This is the natural process of disordering or ‘perturbing,’ as in to bother, to keep on edge, or to agitate in a manner that leads to change and positive growth. Although nature adheres to certain rhythmical patterns, for the most part, growth and change patterns occur in unpredictable and non-linear ways. Under pressure, everything will either disintegrate or grow into new complex structures.

Stress is the unconscious response to perceived threats. Every stimulus is initially evaluated to determine if it could possibly be a threat, if it is, then our conscious mind is circumvented and we automatically move into an unconscious response. We operate under reflex behaviors under stress, which are our unconscious fight/flight/freeze programs. We work with you to help discover these responses and convert them into ones that are conscious, constructive and contribute to growth.
