We have a number of different programs that we can deliver to help you and your organization reach a higher level of performance. We combine our experience and knowledge in facilitating, coaching and consulting to create an environment to achieve maximum results. We work with a number of different core programs to give you multiple options in finding a solution that works for you best.
Business & Change Fundamentals
- Foundation Modules: This is the first phase of a culture shift to help an organization move out of a rut and move towards peak performance. It is a group of 4-5 training modules that is typically used to create a foundation for further work over the course of 4-6 months. The program includes 2 team assessments and debriefs, 2 personal assessments for each person on the team and 4-5 modules including biweekly coaching sessions for up to 8 people.
- Team Code: This is a process that establishes detailed agreements for the team on what they can expect from each other, especially when things are tough. It includes a team assessment, summary of results, debrief of results, individual coaching for up to 8 people, initial agreements, monthly debrief and realignment, code assessment and final agreements.
- Team Code Rollout: This process creates an agreement with the entire organization to utilize the code, train everyone on fundamental practices, coach key individuals, monthly debriefs of experience and results. The process begins and ends with a code assessment, results and analysis with the leadership team.
Conflict/Mediation Processes
- Conflict Mediation: This process is used to address low to moderate conflicts between members of a team. The program includes two 1-hour pre-session coaching calls per person, mediated group session, and post 1-hour coaching session per person. We use Authentic Communication to get to the core of the real issues, clear up resentment and misunderstandings and form new agreements for how to move forward constructively.
- Elephant Mediation: This process is used for long-standing high conflict / high stress situations between members of a team. The program includes two 1-hour pre-session coaching calls per person, creation of a team and personalized mind map of issue(s), mediated group session, post 1-hour coaching session for each individual and a post 3-hour in person team wrap up discussion.
Best Practices & Customizable Solutions
- Training Module: Business topics that can be chosen ala-carte to the needs of your organization. Modules include pre-work, training, experiential work, follow-up and 2 individual coaching sessions for up to 8 individuals. Our standard modules are: Advanced Body/Mind (Trampoline Exercises), Authentic Communication, Authenticity, Breathwalk, Decision Making, Growth, Making and Managing Agreements, Mentoring Organization, Peak Performance and Presence, Roles and Responsibilities, Sales, Shared Leadership, Stress, Teamwork, and Work styles.
- Mentor Culture Shift: This process is used to help establish a new vision and direction for an organization. It includes monthly coaching for 2-3 individuals, customized project templates and training.
- Mentor Project Leadership: This process is used to transition a culture shift into a six-sigma project typically to reduce cost and/or improve performance in specific area. It includes monthly coaching for 2-3 individuals, customized project templates, assessments and training as needed.
- Team Faciliation: This is used to help a team solve a tough challenge with a fresh perspective, a new meeting process/methodology and participation by the team leader by having outside facilitation. Typical topics include a custom team session to clear the air, create a vision and plan, or whatever else your team is looking to do that requires expert facilitation, mediation, and leadership.
- Individual/Team Coaching: This is for teams and/or individuals giving them a way to have increased awareness, to improve performance, to work a key issue like stress or conflict, to learn best practices, to assess their strengths and weaknesses or what ever else is top of mind for them.
- Project Manintenance: This is to support ongoing projects to maintain a higher level of performance. This is typically done quarterly or semiannually to maintain a higher level of performance after a project or series of projects. It includes an assessment, assessment results, a review of the results and training on 1-2 new practices that are called for by the assessment results.
- Custom Assessment: This is used to identify the root cause and create a plan of action for a tough issue that the team faces. This process involves interviewing key team members and creating a mind map of the issue, reviewing results with the team sponsor, creating a custom assessment and reviewing with sponsor, delivering the assessment, summarizing results and reviewing with the team sponsor, delivering results to team and debriefing and creating a new plan for moving forward, and a follow up 2-hour session with team to finalize agreements.
