Jon Alexander Martin – Principal
Las Vegas, NV
Jon is a social entrepreneur, executive coach, and business consultant. He brings over 15 years of experience in sales, training, and consulting in the medical device, information technology, and manufacturing fields in Fortune 500 companies. Using best practices from business, psychology, sports performance and leadership, he works with individuals and teams to achieve their highest potential.
Jon holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Rochester and graduated from both the coaching and leadership training programs at The Coaches Training Institute. He also completed the organization and relationship systems coaching (ORSC) training program from The Center for Right Relationship and finished the core curriculum at The Enneagram Institute. He was a nationally ranked tennis player, competed professionally and has extensively trained in the martial arts.
In his exploration and study of human potential, he has traveled all over North and South America, seeking out knowledge from both leading edge thinkers and indigenous teachers. His personal mission is to blend ancient wisdom with modern thought to help transform people and organizations.
Rick U.V. Martin – Senior Associate

Rick is a successful CEO, leader, business mentor and consultant. Over the last 40 years, he has worked in the automotive, industrial, aerospace and metal working industries, spending the last 20 of those years in executive leadership and CEO positions. Using his deep understanding of business and experience in the manufacturing environment, he helps businesses run more effectively and efficiently.
His broad background, from experience in technical positions to sales/marketing to leadership positions, has allowed him to successfully understand and have the ability to work at any level or function in an organization. He is an experienced leader of multinational organizations and has built major market segment players from small and midsize firms.
Since retirement, he has served on several boards and consulted/mentored with executives at the VP and CEO level. He is multilingual and has traveled extensively in the Americas and Europe throughout his career.
